Veterans and their families are invited to listen to various speakers honoring the legacies of U.S. military service members, both past and present, Nov. 2 at 11 a.m. at 135 Einstein Loop, Room 45 in Co-op City.
City Council Member Andy King will present special recognition awards to Congressional Gold Medal recipient Israel Levant, a retired Montfont Point Marine and Co-op City resident, and other Bronx veterans.
