Visitors from around the world have been stopping by to admire the famed Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.

This year’s tree is an 77-foot Norway spruce from Florida, N.Y. and features 50,000 LED lights. Topping the tree is a 900-pound star with 70 spikes and 3 million crystals.

At the end of the holiday season, wood from the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree will be used to build Habitat for Humanity homes.
