President-Elect Joe Biden won the state of Georgia. President Trump won North Carolina.
This make Biden’s electoral victory of 306 votes to President Trump’s 232 votes decisive.
Georgia was considered a reliably Republican stronghold. The last time Georgia went blue was in 1992 with the election of President Bill Clinton.
In spite of Biden’s victory, President Trump still hasn’t conceded.
