Funeral services for Daunte Wright were held Thursday at Shiloh Temple International Ministries in Minneapolis. Civil rights leader the Rev. Al Sharpton delivered the eulogy. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump and members of Wright’s family delivered special remarks and reflections.
Wright, 20, was fatally shot during a traffic stop in Brooklyn Center, Minn. on April 11 by former police officer Kimberly Potter. She’s been charged with second-degree manslaughter.
