A legal representative for Kelly Price said the R&B singer is safe after reports surfaced she was missing.
Price was reported missing after being released from the hospital for COVID-19. Her attorney said Friday that she was recovering at an undisclosed location
According to TMZ, local law enforcement performed a welfare check at her home on Sept. 18 and spoke with her boyfriend. Family members reportedly said they had not heard from Price in some time.
Local police have not confirmed if Price’s case is closed, however, her legal team says they will contact law enforcement officials.
Price, 48, is originally from Rockaway, Queens, and has received nine Grammy nominations.
