Are you ready to get your groove on this Saturday, May 7th, at the Mother’s Day Good Music Festival? SJ Presents is an exciting, all-star concert with New York’s hip hop cultural icons, Ja Rule, Ashanti, Fat Joe, Remy Ma and Lil’ Mo at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden, 4 Pennsylvania Plaza, starting at 8 p.m. 

These artists are best known for their hitmaking songs: “Always on Time” by Ja Rule (who is a four-time Grammy Award-nominated rapper and singer-songwriter). “Foolish” by Ashanti (who is also a singer-songwriter and is known as the “Princess of hip hop and R&B” for her talents and fan-favorite voice, and her 2003 Grammy for best contemporary album. Her fans are still talking about her great performance in her Verzuz with Keisha Cole). Popular re-occurring “The Wendy Williams Show” guest hosts Fat Joe and Remy Ma will both perform their solo hits and collaborations, including the Grammy-nominated “All The Way Up” by Remy Ma and “Lean Back” by Fat Joe. Everyone loves Lil’ Mo, always a favorite with hip hop lovers. 

Moms, aunties, sisters, and friends should be treated to this big show.

Mother’s Day Good Music Festival is an annual Mother’s Day concert celebration. The concert celebration festival is produced by SJ Presents, which first took place in 2016, and has gathered love, support and success for bringing some of the most iconic R&B and soul under one roof to celebrate life, love and culture. 

Some of the previous line-up artists have included H.E.R., Charlie Wilson, Boyz II Men, Ashanti, Joe, Monica, Avant, Donell Jones, Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, Anthony Hamilton, Ralph Tresvant, Johnny Gill, Kem, Erykah Badu and many more. 

Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden continues to follow all government mandates and is asking attendees to follow government mandates and venue protocols in place at the time of the performances.
