In commemoration of Juneteenth, New York State Senator and black historian, James Sanders Jr. is hosting a Freedom Day event, themed: “Educate, Celebrate and Heal.”
This free event for the public will feature panel discussions, health screenings, job opportunities, music and complimentary refreshments.
The event will take place Saturday, June 18 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at
