The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater held a free summer dance celebration at Bryant Park, the heart of New York City. The new Artistic Director Francesca Harper welcomed Manhattan Borough President Mark Levine to the performance. The event marked Ailey’s first time in Bryant Park.
