On the 21st anniversary of the attack on the World Trade Center buildings, the Harlem community and the 32nd Precinct held a vigil for NYPD Captain Janelle Sanders, who died of 9/11-related illness. Family members, friends, clergy, and NYPD Chaplain Robert Rice gathered to remember a ‘Daughter of Harlem.’
