Ina Norris of the Kwanzaa Film Festival hosted a Juneteenth Celebration at the Shrine Music Venue in Harlem entitled “Rhythm in Blue J’ouvert Band and Drum Circle.” Dancers, spoken word performers, and singers all joined in the celebration.
