Following his sentencing of four years and 2 months on October 3 in a downtown New York City courtroom, Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team announced plans to appeal the decision. Led by Teny Geragos, the lawyers announced that Judge Arun Subramanian’s decision was based on the jury rejecting the verdict, according to ABC News. Attorney Alexandria Shapiro will lead the appeal.
