The Classical Theatre of Harlem (CTH), the award-winning theater company dedicated to bringing accessible, world-class classical theater to diverse audiences, is currently presenting William Shakespeare’s “Othello” as its 2026 Uptown Shakespeare in the Park production.
Directed by Carl Cofield, the free outdoor production runs through July 26 in Marcus Garvey Park. The cast for this summer’s production includes Princess Grace Award-winning actor James Udom as Othello, Drama Desk Award recipient Nick Westrate as Iago, Isabel Arraiza as Desdemona, Orlando Grant as Cassio, and Keren Lugo as Emilia.
